thank god I love salmon! As we know it contain omega 3 that helps to strength the memory. Moreover, it’s healthy food for your heart and brain. Which is the best for memory. The doctors assert that grapes along with apples are basic and standard food for human health and protection from disease. Grapes are rich in vitamin C which helps the brain remember. You can have it as a juice or as a healthy snack.
4. Eggplant
Despite all that is said about eggplant, doctors assert its ability to reduce memory loss, as eggplant contains large amounts of antioxidants that are useful to the brain and heart.
5. Spinach
Not only for power, but also for memory, the spinach that contains large amounts of iron, also contains antioxidants that strengthen memory and protect the brain cells, especially for the elderly. It also protects the tissues and cells of the nervous system.
6. Caffeine
